Cancellation & Refund Policy – OD Homecare
At OD Homecare, we are committed to providing reliable home care and domestic services. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. This policy explains the circumstances under which refunds will be processed.
We value your time and trust. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds when you book our bathroom or kitchen cleaning services.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
Service Not Delivered:
If the service you booked has not been provided due to our error or inability to assign personnel, a full refund of the registration amount (₹999) will be processed.Service Cancellation by OD Homecare:
If OD Homecare cancels a service before it starts, you are entitled to a full refund.
Non-Refundable Fees
Registration Fees: Any advance or deposit fees paid to secure a service are non-refundable if we have provided a service option.
Short Notice Cancellations: If you cancel a service within 30 days of the contract period for a 24-hour service, the house helper’s daily salary (₹849/day) will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded after calculation.
Completed Services: No refunds will be provided for services that have been completed.
Note: For part-time or full-day services, our one-time agency charge of ₹7,000 is non-refundable. However, we offer a replacement within the 4-month contract period if needed.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Submit a written refund request to refund@odhomecare.com within 2 days of the issue.
Include the reason for the refund and any supporting evidence (e.g., service issues or errors).
Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond within 2 days.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
