We value your time and trust. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds when you book our bathroom or kitchen cleaning services.


1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the adjustable advance payment through upi or any approved payment method.

  • Once confirmed, a cleaning partner is immediately assigned and dispatched based on your location.


2. Cancellation by Customer

✅ Free Cancellation (Within 10 Minutes)

  • If you cancel the booking within 10 minutes of payment and before a cleaner is assigned, we will refund 100% of your advance.

⚠️ Cancellation After Partner Assigned
  • If a partner has already been assigned or dispatched, your advance amount is non-refundable.

  • You may still reschedule the service once without extra cost.


3. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment up to 1 hour before the scheduled time.

  • Rescheduling is allowed only once per booking.

  • Contact our support team via WhatsApp or call to request a reschedule.


4. Cancellation by OD Homecare

We may cancel your booking due to:

  • Unavailability of service partner in your area

  • Natural disasters or unsafe weather

  • Technical issues or emergencies

In such cases:

  • You will receive a 100% refund of the advance amount

  • Or you may opt to reschedule the service


5. Refund Timelines

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are made via the original payment method 


6. No Refund After Service Completion

Once the cleaning service has been delivered:

  • No refund is applicable

  • If you are not satisfied, please report the issue within 2 hours, and we will investigate and resolve the matter professionally
