We value your time and trust. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds when you book our bathroom or kitchen cleaning services.
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the adjustable advance payment through upi or any approved payment method.
Once confirmed, a cleaning partner is immediately assigned and dispatched based on your location.
2. Cancellation by Customer
Free Cancellation (Within 10 Minutes)
If you cancel the booking within 10 minutes of payment and before a cleaner is assigned, we will refund 100% of your advance.
Cancellation After Partner Assigned
If a partner has already been assigned or dispatched, your advance amount is non-refundable.
You may still reschedule the service once without extra cost.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment up to 1 hour before the scheduled time.
Rescheduling is allowed only once per booking.
Contact our support team via WhatsApp or call to request a reschedule.
4. Cancellation by OD Homecare
We may cancel your booking due to:
Unavailability of service partner in your area
Natural disasters or unsafe weather
Technical issues or emergencies
In such cases:
You will receive a 100% refund of the advance amount
Or you may opt to reschedule the service
5. Refund Timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds are made via the original payment method
6. No Refund After Service Completion
Once the cleaning service has been delivered:
No refund is applicable
If you are not satisfied, please report the issue within 2 hours, and we will investigate and resolve the matter professionally
