Terms and Conditions – OD Homecare

Legal Entity: OD Homecare is a service operated under OD Manpower Private Limited (CIN: U78100OD2024PTC046256).

By using our on-demand bathroom and kitchen cleaning services, you agree to the following terms:


1. Services Offered

We provide:

  • Bathroom Cleaning: Toilet, sink, tiles, walls, floor, fittings.

  • Kitchen Cleaning: Slab, sink, tiles, stove area, external cabinets, and exhaust fan cleaning.

All services are available on-demand and subject to team availability.


2. Booking & Payment

  • Booking can be made via website, WhatsApp, or phone.

  • An adjustable advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

  • Balance amount must be paid after successful completion of service.

  • Payments can be made through (Website/UPI) or Cash on Delivery (COD).


3. Advance Payment Policy

  • Advance is adjustable in the final invoice.

  • No refund of advance if cancelled within 2 hours of scheduled service time.


4. Cancellation & Refund

  • Full refund if cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.

  • No refund for late cancellations or no-shows by customer.

  • If we are forced to cancel due to emergency or unavailability, full refund will be processed for any advance.


5. Service Timings

  • For urgent requests, our goal is to reach within 60 minutes, depending on staff availability and location.

  • In case of delays, you’ll be informed via phone or WhatsApp.


6. Customer Obligations

  • Provide access to the service areas on time.

  • Ensure availability of water and electricity.

  • Remove personal/valuable items from cleaning areas.

  • Notify us in advance of any special cleaning needs.


7. Workforce Behavior

  • All staff are trained and verified by OD Manpower Private Limited.

  • Any issues with service behavior must be reported immediately.


8. Liability

  • Our staff take utmost care during service delivery.

  • However, we shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss, or breakage of property or belongings during or after the cleaning service.

  • Customers are advised to secure or remove valuable, fragile, or sensitive items from the service area before our team arrives.

  • By booking the service, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for items present in the premises during cleaning.


9. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 1 hour before the scheduled time (subject to slot availability).


10. Privacy Policy

  • Customer data is used only for service delivery and communication.

  • OD Manpower Private Limited does not share or sell your information to third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

OD Manpower Private Limited reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies your agreement to the latest terms.
