Terms & Conditions – OD Homecare (Operated by OD Manpower Pvt Ltd)

If you do not accept the terms stated herein, do not use this form, website, or our services. By using or accessing this website – www.odhomecare.com – you agree to these Terms of Use and your acceptance is binding.
OD Homecare, operated by OD Manpower Pvt Ltd, provides home care and domestic staffing services including house helpers, maids, cooks, babysitters, and other domestic staff.
1. Booking & Registration
Confirm your requirement by paying a non-refundable registration fee of ₹999.
We will take 3–7 days to arrange and shortlist staff according to your requirements.
2. Selection Process
We will share the profile of shortlisted candidates via online meeting, phone, or in-person interview.
Maximum 3 profiles will be shared for selection.
Sharing contact details with a candidate during the interview indicates selection.
3. Consultancy & Replacement Policy
For part-time or full-day staff, a one-time non-refundable consultancy fee of ₹7,000 is charged on joining.
This includes a 4-month replacement contract with a maximum of 3 replacements.
Consultancy fees are non-refundable, even if the contract is canceled.
4. 24-Hour / Monthly Services
Base price starts from ₹13,000 per month in advance.
Salary may vary by ₹2,000–₹5,000 depending on additional requirements.
Renewal payments are required for continued service beyond one month.
5. Replacement Timing
Replacement usually takes 7 days, but may vary.
Notify us 10 days in advance if you need a replacement due to permanent staff leaving.
6. Job Description & Salary
Clients must provide a proper job description and salary before placement.
Staff cannot be asked to perform duties outside the agreed job description.
Any reduction in salary or additional duties outside the agreement may result in staff leaving, and OD Homecare will not provide replacement in such cases.
7. Release & Replacement of Staff
Provide 10 days’ notice if releasing a staff member.
Replacement staff will receive the same or higher salary than the previous staff.
Salary of previous staff must be cleared before replacement is sent.
8. Leaves & Absences
Staff may take 2 paid leaves per month.
No replacement is provided for short-term absences due to illness/emergency if staff promises to return within 7 days.
9. Background Verification
All staff undergo police verification.
OD Homecare is not responsible for any civil or criminal actions committed by staff after joining.
10. Salary & Market Rate
Salary expectations may vary; clients may need to adjust budgets for replacements.
OD Homecare will try its best to match the previous staff salary but cannot guarantee it.
11. Advance Salary / Client Payments
If the staff requests advance salary, it is the client’s decision to provide it.
OD Homecare will not be responsible for recovering excess payment if staff leaves early.
12. Replacement Guarantee / Credit Note
Three free replacements will be provided if staff resigns within the contract period.
If replacement is not possible within 10 days, a credit note will be issued for future OD Homecare services.
13. Client Responsibility
Clients should check bags, purses, or items of staff before entry and exit.
OD Homecare is not liable for any theft or misconduct; clients may take appropriate action after consultation.
14. Respect & Fair Treatment
Staff must not be mentally or physically harmed.
Duties and salary must match the agreement.
OD Homecare will not provide replacement if staff leaves due to mistreatment or unfair terms.
15. Liability
OD Homecare only facilitates recruitment.
Once staff joins, the client assumes full responsibility as the employer.
16. Governing Law
All agreements are subject to the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
By hiring staff from OD Homecare, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, even without signing this document.
